Carol Manson is a jazz, inspirational and new thought gospel vocalist that plays and prays with passion, conviction while having a whole lot of fun!

 Carol is originally from Berkeley, CA and has loved music all her life. As a kid she played violin and piano and was in the church and school choirs.  She recorded four CD’s -  single “God's Eye Is On The Sparrow”, “All Is Well", "Child’s Heart” and EP “Live @ The Brickhouse”.  She is a retired licensed social worker, an advocate for foster children and a former administrator/director of legislation for several state agencies.  She sings jazz and inspirational music all over the state and other far away places.  Speaking of "jamming", Carol also makes some of the best strawberry jam around ...winning a 1st place blue ribbon at the 2015 California State Fair for her Jazzy Jams pepper berry "Pick Yourself Up".  In her spare time Carol makes artisan soaps labeled under the company Simon Sudz.  Some of the proceeds from the sell of her soaps support musicians playing on the gigs.  Carol was the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Sacramento Jazz Cooperative.
