BIOGRAPHY:

Carol Manson, jazz, inspirational and new thought gospel vocalist plays and prays with passion, conviction and a whole lot of fun!

Carol, originally from Berkeley, California has recorded two CD’s - All Is Well and Child’s Heart. She is a licensed social worker, an advocate for foster children, a former director of legislation for several California state agencies. She sings jazz and inspirational music all over California and other far away places. Carol is the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Sacramento Jazz Cooperative (2021 - ). Carol also makes some of the best jam around ...winning a 1st place blue ribbon at the 2015 California State Fair for her Jazzy Jams pepper berry "Pick Yourself Up". In her "spare" time Carol makes natural handcrafted vegan oil soaps labeled under the name Simon Sudz (simonsudz.com). Some of the proceeds from the sells of her soaps support and subsidizes the pay for musicians playing on live jazz gigs.
